Foods to Avoid

The majority of these foods listed as: “foods to avoid” are definitely bad for all people and contain harmful fats, but some of them may be tolerated.

It’s proven that almost 40% of the foods on our supermarket shelves contain saturated fat. So if you’re not careful about reading labels then you’re probably consuming it and don’t even realize it.

Any fried food

We all know that fried food contains saturated fate.

All soda

There is no nutritional value in any kind of soda. The sweeteners contained in sodas have no nutritional value as well: aspartame, saccharin, succralose among others.

Wheat

Most people don't realize it, but a large percentage of the total population has some degree of intolerance to digesting wheat and that’s because of the high gluten content of wheat.

Soy

The Chinese did not eat unfermented soybeans because the soybean contains large quantities of natural toxins or "antinutrients". First among them are potent enzyme inhibitors that block the action of trypsin and other enzymes vital for protein digestion. These inhibitors are proteins that are not completely deactivated during normal cooking. They can produce serious gastric distress, reduced protein digestion and chronic deficiencies in amino acid uptake.
